ABOUT

Alfred has been active in the Real Estate world since 2014. He began his career as a Loan Officer Assistant and quickly rose through the ranks before becoming an Independent Mortgage Broker. 8 years later, he's helped hundreds of families build wealth through homeownership and even helped many break into the world of investing through acquiring Multi-Family properties and Commercial buildings.

Alfred is also passionate about advocating for entry-level housing. He served as the President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals LA South Bay Chapter in 2022. NAHREP's mission is to advance sustainable hispanic homeownership. He also currently serves as the Chair of the City of Downey Public Works Committee.

Alfred's ultimate goal is to help as many families possible in the pursuit of the American dream while continuing the fight for entry-level housing for future generations.
